Deborah (Debbi) King CPM, CAM
Managing Partner of IPM Residential
As Managing Partner of IPM Residential, LLC, Deborah King directs the third party development, growth and property management operations for multi-family, retail and commercial portfolios. Deborah joined IPM Residential in January 2012. She has over 34 years’ experience in a wide range of property management including retail, office, commercial, multi-family new construction/lease-up, renovations/repositioning, condo conversions, tax credit, conventional, receivership and mixed-use properties with a portfolio size of up to 2,335 units.
Deborah is an active member in the Apartment Association of Metro Denver and the local IREM chapter #17. Debbi served on the board of directors for the Apartment Association of Metro Denver (AAMD) and as the past Vice President of AAMD and Past Chair IROC (Independent Real Estate Owners Council). Currently, serving on the Colorado Apartment Assocation Board of Directors. She obtained her CPM® designation in 2002 and has held a real estate license since 1999. Deanette (Deanie) Kennedy, CPA
Managing Partner IPM Residential, LLC and Founder
Deanie Kennedy is Founder, Manager and Corporate Broker of IPM Colorado, LLC. Deanie received her BS, Finance degree with an accounting emphasis from Metropolitan State College in Denver, Colorado. Deanie worked for R&B Commercial Management as a Regional Project Coordinator (Accountant/Financial Analyst) from 1987 to 1992. She worked in various positions with Corum Real Estate Group, a commercial and apartment property management and development company, from 1992 to 2000, with her last three years as Controller. Deanie worked for Income Property Specialists as an Accounting Manager from 2003 to 2004 and worked for Colorado and Santa Fe Real Estate as a Property Controller from 2004 to 2006. Deanie worked for Omni Apartment Communities as Vice President of Accounting managing a staff of 13 from 2006 to 2007.
Deanie served on the board of directors for the Apartment Association of Metro Denver (AAMD), as past Vice President of AAMD and is a Past President of IROC (Independent Real Estate Owners Council).
