Tenant/Resident Services Include:
- Viewings will be arranged at times to suit the tenant/resident, including evenings and weekends

- Credit check
Security deposit and rental rates are quoted calendar monthly, and payable monthly in advance
- Keeping in touch with the tenant/resident on a routine basis
- Tenant/Resident is responsible for specific utilities
- Tenant/Resident is responsible for content/liability insurance
- Digital photos upon move-in and vacating of property
Landlord Services Include:
- Absentee landlords
- Visiting you at your property
- Advising you as needed
- Advertising
- Locating suitable tenants/residents
- Obtaining and evaluating references and credit checks
- Security deposits are held in a designated Client Account
- Complete credit, criminal and eviction background checks
- Receiving rental payments
- Supervising the transfer of gas, electricity and water fees
- Inspecting the property periodically, and reporting any problems to you
- Arranging any necessary repairs or maintenance
- Rekeying units after each tenant/resident vacates the property
- Attendance at Association meetings
- 24 hour emergency on-call
